Terms of use for the Abrahams Solicitors website

1. About us

This website, abrahamssolicitors.co.uk, is operated by Abrahams Solicitors, Unit 20, Listerhills Science Park, Campus Road, Bradford BD7 1HR. Abrahams Solicitors is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (firm number 809071). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. No legal advice

The content on this website, including our free triage tools and guides, is general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Immigration rules and housing law change frequently, so you should not act on it without first taking specific advice about your circumstances. No solicitor–client relationship is created until we have confirmed in writing that we are acting for you.

3. Fees

Fixed fees shown on this website are starting prices and are subject to our free case assessment. Before we begin, we confirm your fee in writing. Housing disrepair claims are handled on a No Win, No Fee basis under a separate written agreement.

4. Use of this website

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Abrahams Solicitors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • copy, modify or republish the content for commercial purposes;
  • use the website in any unlawful way or attempt to interfere with its operation;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

5. Communications

Messages sent through our website or by email are not monitored around the clock. If your matter is urgent — for example if you face removal or a Home Office or tribunal deadline — please telephone us on 0203 355 9823. Our London office is open for meetings strictly by appointment only.

6. Accuracy and liability

While we take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, Abrahams Solicitors gives no warranty that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website or from any linked third-party website, which we do not control.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us on 0203 355 9823, by post at our registered office or by email at info@abrahamssolicitors.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may refer it to the Legal Ombudsman (PO Box 6167, Slough, SL1 0EH; 0300 555 0333; www.legalombudsman.org.uk).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
